Land-Ron, Inc. is a full-service General Contractor specializing in interior finishes for the hospitality industry since 1993. We have the capability and resources to successfully complete projects of all sizes throughout all of The United States and The Caribbean.

Ronald Karpiuk, Founder, CEO and President of Land-Ron, Inc., has over 26 years of experience in the construction and hotel renovation industry. Mr. Karpiuk has invested his experience and knowledge into the hospitality industry and takes pride in the quality work performed by his team of highly skilled craftsmen. Honesty and integrity are qualities that Mr. Karpiuk passionately believes in and lives by. Land-Rewards Program


The LAND-REWARDS program is a charity donation program based on our commitment to giving back to those in need. We are driven by the passion and goal of connecting people with the cause they care about. Why not get rewarded for what you’re already doing? Every time you choose Land-Ron, Inc. to renovate your hotel, resort or time share, we will make a donation on the hotel owner’s behalf to a charity of his/her choice from our approved charities list.

How the LAND-REWARDS Program Works:

When Land-Ron, Inc. completes a renovation project, the hotel owner will be asked to select one of our approved charities in the LAND-REWARDS program. The amount of the donation will be based on the dollar value of the project’s base contract. Once the donation is made Land-Ron, Inc. will submit a receipt to the hotel owner. Please see additional rules and requirements below.

LAND-REWARDS Program Rules and Regulations:

• Charity must be on the Land-Ron, Inc. approved charities list. If your favorite charity is not a member on our Rewards Program, please email us at for consideration of your charity of choice.

• Charity must be a US Government approved charity.

• Hotel owner must choose a charity within 30 days of the project’s final completion date.

• Donations will be made by Land-Ron, Inc. on behalf of the hotel/owner within 90 days of the project’s final completion date.

• Dollar amount of donation will be based on base contract value as follows:
